How do you choose S-Link Up partners?
We select S-Link Up partners through a rigorous review process. This includes evaluating their service quality, our client’s feedback, and adherence to our standards. Only those who consistently demonstrate excellence are granted SHANE Membership.
What does 'SHANE Mem Rev' mean?
‘SHANE Mem Rev’ stands for SHANE Membership Review. Partners with this status are either new to our network or currently under review. They show potential but are monitored closely to ensure they meet our quality standards before being fully integrated as proven partners.
What happens if a partner receives poor reviews?
Ex-Partners who received poor reviews or failed to meet our quality expectations are assigned ‘SHANE Mem Ter’ status. This means they are hidden from the S-Links Ups menu. We work with these partners to address issues and improve their offerings, or we may terminate their membership if necessary.
