Aurora Estates as its name would imply; is a picturesque collection of estate home communities located on the edges of the magnificent Oak Ridges Moraine. Hunters Glen located east off Yonge Street and Elderberry Trail located west off Yonge Street are the two signature communities in this neighbourhood. The communities consist of magnificent gated mansions on multi-acreage forested lots. Aurora Estates shares its south border with the municipality of Richmond Hill. The north portion of this exclusive neighbourhood includes Beacon Hall Golf Club, and the historic Aurora Cemetery. Tucked away on dedicated separate roads within the neighbourhood are a number of institutions including: Willows Estate Nursing Home, Ontario Provincial Police Highway Safety Division headquarters, Ontario Streams management office, Service Ontario government office, the York Catholic District School Board, Cardinal Carter Catholic High School and Child Care Centre, and E’cole Secondaire Catholique Renaissance.

Aurora Estates newer communities include: Allure At The Gates of Aurora, Wycliffe Gardens, Beacon Hall, Ascot Park Elderberry Hill and Renaissance. Soon to be added to this mix are Princeton Heights a limited collection of custom quality estate homes and Le Triomphe a French-inspired luxury boutique condominium.
