2004–2008 Bathurst Street is a proposed 20-storey mixed-use development by Orchard West Real Estate Group, designed by AUDAX. Located just south of Eglinton Avenue West on the edge of Forest Hill and Cedarvale, the project includes 71 residential units with a mix of condos and rental replacements, along with ground-floor retail, following approved planning amendments and required rental housing considerations.
The defining feature of this neighbourhood is the Cedarvale Ravine, which cuts a wide diagonal swath through the middle of Cedarvale. This ravine provides numerous recreational opportunities. Cedarvale has an established Jewish community that has grown up around the Holy Blossom Temple and Beth Tzedec Synagogue, which are both situated on Bathurst Street.
