The One

The One, at 1 Bloor Street West, Toronto is approved as an 85-storey condominium, hotel, and retail tower by Mizrahi Developments, and designed by world-renowned Foster + Partners with acclaimed Core Architects. New plans submitted in December, 2020 would increase the height of the building to 94 storeys, if approved.
