The Beach House

The Beach House at 1684 Queen East is a proposed 10-storey mixed-use rental building by the Sud Group, designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects with heritage input from ERA Architects. Planned for the northwest corner of Queen Street East and Kingston Road in The Beaches, the development will include 168 rental units above street-level retail, along with a small number of secured affordable homes as part of the project’s community benefits.
