One Park Place North Tower

One Park Place Condos is comprised of 2 towers, known as the North & South Towers, with a podium level connecting the 2 towers. One Park Place North Tower is located at the corner of Sumach St & Dundas St (170 Sumach St), and One Park Place South Tower is located at the corner of St. David’s Walk and Regent Park Blvd (55 Regent Park Blvd). One Park Place is currently the largest condo building in the changing Regent Park neighbourhood of Downtown Toronto.
