Domus is unique. Located in Upper Yorkville, next to The Florian’s site, it is a complex structure, which only a skilled developer and builder such as Diamante would undertake. Most remarkable are the huge windows and the multi-faceted elevations. The flow-through two-level units with curving stairs offer remarkable interior spaces and perspectives. One side of the development, with its lush, landscaped grounds, is composed of townhomes, enhancing the residential flavour of the neighbourhood. Domus earned the Greater Toronto Home Builder’s Project of the Year awarded in 1998.
