60 Yonge Street

60 Yonge Street is a proposed 65-storey mixed-use condominium tower by KingSett Capital, designed by AS + GG Architecture with heritage integration by ERA Architects. Planned for the southwest corner of Yonge and Melinda in Toronto’s Financial District, the project will include 649 residential units above retail space, while preserving elements of the site’s heritage through approved planning and zoning updates.
