Currently, this address is home to 40 rental units that will be incorporated into the new design, featuring studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units for a total of 86 units. The design will incorporate the existing heritage home to create an architecturally sensitive blend of old and new.
