299 Campbell Avenue

Located in the Junction Triangle, the 299 Campbell Avenue mixed-use development will provide a highly anticipated home for the Perth/Dupont Library while providing much-needed rental units in one of Toronto’s fastest growing communities. At 3,600 square feet, the Perth/Dupont Library has been one of the smallest public libraries in Toronto for years. In 2013, city council approved developer TAS’s plans to allocate approx. 10,000 square feet to the library in their proposed mid-rise building. The 15-storey building will house 235 rental units, a ground floor retail space, and the relocated library (designed by Building Arts Architects). Clad in clay brick contrasted with metallic-grey aluminum panels, the sophisticated façade will animate the streetscape of the former industrial neighbourhood.
