270 Sheppard Avenue West, previously known as “Addington Park Condominiums,” is a planned 10-storey mixed-use development featuring rental residences and ground-floor retail. Designed by Studio JCI for ELM Developments, the project is set to rise at the northeast corner of Sheppard Avenue West and Addington Avenue in Toronto’s Lansing neighbourhood.
