Originally proposed in 2016 as 2 towers reacthing 72 storeys, a 2017 revision now proposes a single tower rising to 73 storeys and replacing the heritage listed mid-century modern 18-storey office tower at 2 Carlton in Downtown Toronto. The design by IBI Group is for Northam Realty.
