150 Queens Wharf is a planned 37-storey purpose-built rental tower by Toronto Community Housing Corporation and CreateTO, with design by Karakusevic Carson Architects and Teeple Architects. Proposed for the northwest corner of Fort York Boulevard and Queens Wharf Road in CityPlace, the development will deliver 268 units, evenly split between market and affordable housing, as part of the Housing Now initiative.
