Located within the Markham & Ellesmere Revitalization Area, the project will consist of 2 towers of approximately 35 stories each, along with 2 additional mid-rise buildings, along with retail at street level – totaling approximately 800,000 sq. ft. of mixed use community development.
The project will house approximately 1,000 residential units and will have 5 levels of underground parking. Arya Corporation is the lead developer of the project.
