1071 King West is a proposed 17-storey purpose-built rental tower in Toronto, featuring retail at street level. Designed by Kirkor Architects Planners for Hullmark, First Capital, and Woodbourne Canada Management, the project integrates a distinctive flatiron form while accommodating an extension of the West Toronto Railpath, which would run through the building at grade.
